The Cleveland Pickle

A true taste of Cleveland! The owner is incredibly friendly and great with kids. The sandwiches are delicious, featuring a creative menu and unique condiments that highlight local flavors. The artwork is fun and imaginative, and you can even have the kids count how many Cleveland Pickles they spot around the place. Keep in mind, the dining area is small and has stool seating only.

As a Cleveland native who has since moved away, I often return to town for various reasons. I'm disappointed that I didn't discover this place before I left. My wife and I always make it a point to visit downtown for lunch whenever we're back, just so we can go to CLE Pickle. We're heading to town this weekend for a wedding and have already planned to stop by for lunch on Friday afternoon. Their sandwiches are, without a doubt, my favorite, and I really wish they would expand to Kentucky and open a Louisville Pickle! Looking forward to our visit!

If you're in downtown Cleveland and craving a tasty lunch, look no further—you've discovered a hidden culinary gem. This sandwich shop knows how to do things right. I started with some deviled eggs and followed that with the Cardiac Kid, a banana and peanut butter sandwich inspired by Elvis. The prices are reasonable, and the ingredients are fresher than at most chain sandwich shops like Quiznos and Subway. While it may be slightly pricier, your taste buds will definitely thank you for the delightful experience.

Really excellent sandwiches, if you 're looking for delicious lunch downtown this is your place. Thankfully they 're open on Saturday 12-4pm now so even those that don 't work downtown can get a 'West-sider ' or 'classic pickle '.

Went there before an indian's game. Their employee was very polite and friendly. He definitely made our experience memorable. A little tiny inside but we found space for our group of 6 to eat. Has a great atmosphere and great food! Tried the Blazin River and would definitely order it again.
