R Ds Seafood Steak House - Cleveland

My first time coming to Diallo's was yesterday with my sister and brother-in-law because they frequent this restaurant often because my cousin effectionately called lil Ron by family.The food was delicious and the Manager making our drinks was very cool. Loved the atmosphere and had a great time!!!Looking to come back very soon.

The staff estimated that my food would be ready by 10 PM, so I arrived at 9:55 PM. While I was waiting, I noticed multiple DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers coming in to pick up their orders. I was slightly entertained watching the playoff game, but an hour went by with no sign of my food. Eventually, they brought me the wrong order. I informed the staff that my partner had been trying to call, but the line was busy. I asked if they could answer the phone, which was off the charger and left in a place where no calls could come in. The staff member replied that she couldn’t help because she was busy. Frustrated, I asked for a refund and vowed never to return to this establishment again. If you aren’t ordering through Uber Eats, DoorDash, or GrubHub, you’ll likely be treated as if you don't matter, just like I was. The staff member claimed that what I had ordered wasn’t on the menu, when in fact my partner simply wanted the same thing I had just enjoyed half an hour earlier. The woman who assisted me had dark skin, an average build, and shoulder-length hair. If she’s working, I'd recommend spending your money somewhere else. I truly love good food, but I will never go back to this place.

I had the lamb chops twice now perfect everytime also the mac n cheese was delicious perfect place to sit and dine I love it

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I ordered a steak Philly along with fries, garlic toast, and sweet chili sauce on the side. Everything was seasoned incredibly well! I requested my sandwich without cheese and mayonnaise, and they got that just right. My 8-year-old son couldn't resist my food—he kept stealing bites, LOL! I definitely plan to return, and next time, I’ll bring him along. I wish I had taken a picture before we dug in!

The worst service ever . The two ladies one claiming to be the manager, was very rude and unprofessional! This place knew they had a party coming and failed miserably! First off it took 2 1/2 hours to get our food! Secondly not one person got a refill! Orders were wrong and made incorrectly! After two hours of waiting we all were getting upset! A few of our people walked over to the liquor store because we were on a time frame! Took a party bus from Toledo to Cleveland to eat at this restaurant and absolutely regretted every bit of it! So people walked over to the liquor store to save time while still waiting on our food and one of the other workers rudely was putting her hands in everybody face asking for payment mind you we have yet got our food! She stood there repeatedly demanding cards and cash from people! This whole restaurant was a joke! A waste of our time and money! Over 1000$ trip for horrible service ! And what’s worse we rented a party bus to come there so we all know that’s payed based on time/ hourly ! Didn’t have 2 1/2 hours to wait on food on top of rude employees ! Who ever the owner is, this is probably the reason why Your business is not very successful! Find you a new team who actually cares about your BUSINESS AND MONEY!
