Papa Johns - Cleveland

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! After a disappointing visit to another pizza place, I decided to try this one instead, and I'm so glad I did. Even though there were only a few staff members working, they went above and beyond by bringing my pizza out to my truck since my child was sleeping. Ordering through their web app was a breeze, and they actually had my pizza ready 10 minutes earlier than the app indicated. A special shout-out to Serena for delivering my order to my truck!

I ordered online, and the process was straightforward. I opted for delivery, just being a bit lazy. It took some time, but the food arrived warm. Everything tasted great and looked appealing. The delivery driver was also really pleasant.

When I finally picked up my pizza, it turned out to be the wrong order. Although what I received was delicious, it wasn’t what I had originally requested. So, while the taste gets high marks, the ordering process and communication were definitely lacking. On a positive note, the staff at the store were very friendly. When I brought up the issues my wife and I faced during ordering, they acknowledged that other customers had similar difficulties. They advised me to press number 5 during the call to connect directly to the store, which I'll definitely try next time.
