O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Cleveland

They deserve no stars. We have eaten here (Cleveland, TN location) many times via FYBU delivery and have had great food. That isn?t the case tonight, 5/5/22. My steak is over-cooked, but that isn?t a big concern for me. The concern is that I?ve eaten disgusting, filthy bugs. My cup of condiments for my loaded baked potato or the baked potato itself had a roach in it. I won?t be eating their food again! Get an exterminator out there, because you definitely need it.

Always a great experience. Brought a pic of a mixed drink with ingredients, the bar didn't have one of the ingredients but did their best and it was delicious. The food was delicious... 1/2 rack Ribs for him, steak with soup and salad for me and pizza for the kiddo. There was so much food we took tons home. And the rolls just kept comin! The waitress was great. Wish I had gotten her name.

This O?Charley?s location was so wonderful! We had not ate at one in a long time and decided to try it while we were down in this area. The service and food were both excellent?we were very happy. Our waitress Chellie was very sweet and very great at her job! The manager was also very nice and checked on us too. It was great that he bragged on how well his staff is doing despite employee shortage. We will definitely want to come back again!!

They have really been doing better here. The food was out fast and our waiter Ben was amazing! The manager was also on the floor putting in a extra hand if he was needed. This place runs smoothly now because they all seem to work as a team! Food was great!

I just wanted to state that all of the staff at Cleveland, Tn location working about 5pm-8pm are all awesome and top notch under the circumstances they were under? yes things were forgot, or taking awhile? but they were handing it to the best of their abilities. There was a large party of like 15-20 people next to me and my 2 daughters? that took their unhappy service next level. The waitress handed one his food and he handed it right back cause the plate wasn?t hot enough?. And one lady actually went to the kitchen demanding food? and made the girl get all new teas? and they wanted the manager?. As I was leaving I laid down a visa gift card with a note to the manager to take $75 off their meal on me and to just pay it forward. As my kids and I were walking out the lady was ugly to me about it. The manager came up and said they refuse to take it so I told him that?s fine. But I would like to place an order of pies? for all the staff you have working tonight that even tho they were very short handed they did the best they rocked it. Especially to our waitress that they killed her spirits. My daughters told them they was awesome and not to worry about that ?Karen?. So to counter the huge complaint you might get? there are always 2 sides. And I just wanted to make sure the staff there are commended for their best they could do.
