Hardee's - Cleveland

When using the drive-thru, make sure to double-check your order. It seems like the person preparing the orders either can't read or just randomly throws things in the bag. I didn't receive anything I ordered. Overall, I’d rate the food 4 out of 5.

The food was served so cold that I couldn't eat it. The hamburger was chilled to the point where grease had already started to congeal on it, and the french fries were half-frozen.

The service was quick and friendly, and the food was quite enjoyable. I only wish they would reintroduce the smoked sausage biscuits.

Can't really say much bc it was 3 in the afternoon when we went there apparently they closed at 2. Understaffed would be the reason I suppose.

Omelet biscuit had nothing but a half an egg on it . Steak biscuit wasn't fit to eat gave it to my dog took him a few attempts to get it down.
