Happy's Pizza - Cleveland

I think that eating is always good, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired! I think people at the customer service forget that they have made these jobs available to serve the public. I shouldn't know you have a bad day or hate your job.

NASTY.THE PARKING LOT IS GOOD REPRESENTAION OF HOW NASTY THE FOOD IS AND HOW NASTY THE SERVICE IS.EVERYTHING LOOKS DIRTY SO I'M SURE THE PARTS WE CAN'T SEE ARE PROBABLY THE DIRTIEST.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered my food and 2.5+ hrs later, still NO FOOD! Every time I call they kept saying my order was on the way. The location isn’t anymore than 10 mins from my house. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Update: food finally arrived but the pizza was burnt and cold. Will NEVER order from here again!

Just don't do it. Don't go here. Complaining means talking to the manager/owner and your order will still fall on deaf ears. Idk who's worse here or pizza hut on chagrin.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered a pizza and received a call saying it was on the way, but half an hour later they informed me that my pizza had been delivered to my house. I never received it. They claimed they left the pizza on my porch, but I have cameras and can confirm that it was never delivered. This was my first time ordering from here, and I will never order again. I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this place.
