Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Went here prior during lunchtime had a really nice experience food was good order was correct. But tonight around 9:30pm I go in through drive-through and not only did it take forever to get our order but nothing in our order was correct and I only counted the boxes they put them in so I assumed they were our order but when I get home which is 25 minutes or so from the restaurant I realized that nothing in my order was correct. Strongly suggest not going during the dinner time/night time before close. Not to mention everybody inside was joking around in the lobby and messing around taking photos while there?s a big line Took about 30 minutes in drive through and wasted gas. I?m Not one to usually leave a review but this is pretty horrible experience for a quote on quote fast food joint.

It was late and the fella at the counter was super nice. Didn't rush us. Food is real good. Skinny fries.

After waiting in line for 10 min due to only having one register open, the lady at the register had a very difficult time taking a regular order. After finally getting through the order it took approximately 10 min to receive my food, I was then informed my ice cream was not yet ready. After an additional 5-7 minutes the ice cream was ready. When picking up my order I asked who I assume is the manager (wearing a black polo shirt) how it?s possible for it to take so much longer to dish out ice cream then cook a hamburger, he seemed to instantly have an attitude and said they?re short staffed and have a lot of orders and if I thought I could do it better I should. I returned his attitude and informed him his service sucks! He then replied if I didn?t like the way he runs things I shouldn?t come back! To top it off after arriving home my order of cheese fries that I was charged for extra cheese for had no cheese. While the food is generally of good quality the service has seemed to be slipping for quite some time. When service was good my family and I were weekly customers, I?m generally pretty understanding but after multiple bad experiences, I believe I will be taking the managers advice and will no longer be a customer of my local Freddy?s restaurant

Freddy?s is one of the best! Delicious, Quality food, perfect friendly service! It?s nice to be treated with excellent customer service. Thank you for everything! ????

The food was very good and I wish there were a Freddy's restaurant closer to us. They have fast service and the staff were all polite. The restroom at this specific location could be better. I think it needs more stalls for the women's restroom or a lock on the main door and just take the single stall down and make one bigger single restroom with one toilet and a sink with a large trash can.
