East Coast Original Frozen Custard

I brought a half gallon of custard after East coast came to my job some time this past August. I tried some custard and was hooked, I'll be coming back soon.

This was my first visit back to East Coast Custard since I left Cleveland in 2010. I could not believe that as soon as I walked in the door that wonderful ice cold smell of custard gave me flashbacks of every wonderful sundae I enjoyed there since 1997. The decor has changed, but overall it is still the treasured custard shop I remembered. East Coast Custard features a vegan custard flavor every day! You can check their flavors online ahead of time to make sure there is something you will enjoy. When I learned they were serving the Oreo vegan custard I knew I needed to revisit my favorite childhood spot. I waited in a long winding line to order. I was impressed with how quickly the line moved. The workers were definitely on their A game and hustling to make sure everyone could enjoy custard as quickly as possible. The first bite of my vegan custard blew me away! There is no way anyone could pinpoint that this flavor is vegan. It was so creamy and rich! There were huge pieces of Oreos mixed throughout. There is a reason this business has survived for so many years and through a pandemic. They know what they are doing, and I am so overjoyed that as a vegan I can still enjoy a place that was my second home every summer growing up. Thanks East Coast Custard for an amazing experience and I hope to be back to try more of the vegan options!

Ice cream is always top notch as well as their toppings. Fair pricing and I love that I can buy their products in quart and half gallon sizes for home. Butter pecan is my favorite.

Dangerously delicious. Dairy lovers dream. As a vegan with ice cream they only had one flavor which is disappointing and it was blueberry lemon ? Or something like that but honestly it was delicious and I am not a fan of lemon. The kids keep the shop going! They are efficient and move the line. The place is also KOSHER! So many toppings and ice cream is creamy! Def recommend!!

I'm so lucky to live so close to this place great custard great service must try . Homemade waffles cones
