Corleone's Ristorante Bar - Cleveland

I have been going to Corleones for years and was so completely disappointed this time. First of all it was prime time on Saturday night and hardly anyone there. What is going on? I came to find out . We ordered calamari and it was the absolute worst ever. Tough, tasteless little rings of rubber. Over cooked but dry with no breading. Sent it back. The waiter was very nice but he misunderstood us a couple times. We asked for a couple more minutes to order and we waited 20 minutes. Our main course was just ok. Eggplant rotatini was always great. This time it was a blob on the plate. I hope you guys step it up. Otherwise this may be the end of a 28 year run. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Was here for a work get together with about 30 people. Sat on the back patio which was nice atmosphere. A few of us ordered the Chicken Carbonera and it was rather underwhelming. A few of us only had a few small pieces of chicken in our pasta. I would expect at least a full chicken breast in my meal if in ordering chicken carbonera. And not really a carbonera sauce, I expect a rich, creamy sauce and it was the complete opposite and felt more like buttered noodles with some spinach and peas. Very disappointed in my meal. Maybe another dinner choice would be better, but I would not recommend the chicken carbonera. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Outstanding food and service! I had the Eggplant Parmesan .. best I’ve ever had so fresh and delicious. Our servers name was Lucas I believe and he was excellent for our table of 7 on Tuesday evening! Keep up the great work!

All restaurants, Italian or not, can learn a few things from the way Corleone's goes about making and serving Italian food. The food looks, feels, and tastes fresh regardless of whether it was prepped from scratch. The menu offers a lot of good classic Italian dishes, and the portions are sized right. Service is professional, quick, and friendly with a no-nonsense approach. Prices, not unlike everywhere else, are too high.

Four of us stopped for dinner before going to a concert. One person had a seafood dish that was excellent. Three of us had chicken dishes. My chicken in a wine sauce and a picata dish were very good. The final chicken Parmigiano was not up to standard.
