Bourbon Street Barrel Room - Cleveland

While the interior of this restaurant is absolutely beautiful, I was less impressed with the vegan options. there were very few and the vegan ratatouille was bland. they did not use season.

This is a great place, but a few stars lost because the only vegan escape was ratatouille and the server told me after I said I was vegan and eating it actually has fish sauce in it. she was just not aware before I ordered and eat, so no big thing, but still. it was disappointing. I think the only other thing that can have more vegans is a few pages. but there are a good few vegetarian decisions! and the building is really cool.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was great and the service was excellent. The drinks were so tasty that we had to order another round, which were also delicious. Our appetizer arrived quickly and the sauce was especially tasty. I wish I had known I could purchase some to take home. Our meals were also very satisfying - I could only finish half of mine but it tasted just as good the next day when I reheated it. I was tempted to go back and get another one because the pulled chicken was absolutely delicious.
