If you're going to sell ice cream, and have a drive through flavors need to be on the menu for those who go to your store and when asked what flavors there are at the window, the cashier needs to use their adult voices instead of mumbling

The store was open, and the employees were friendly, but the dining room was closed due to lack of workers.

Just went there after lunch today (7-22-22) and the dining room is closed. Looks like four employees in the restaurant but they said that have do use the drive through. Hard to sell ice cream through the drive-through when you can’t see the flavors. The waffle cone was stale the bubble tea was basically caramel flavored milk with a handful of Boba‘s in the bottom. And just very disappointing experience. Probably won’t go here again although the ice cream tasted fine.

I came to this location many times and this is the second bad experience i had with the ice cream. Today is was my banana split. When it was given to me there were 2 normal scoops of ice cream and one small itty bitty scoop, then i noticed that there was only one topping which was pineapple. When i asked the employee what came on the banana split she said strawberry, chocolate syrup and pineapple but they were out of strawberry and i told her there isnt even any sryup on it. I got 2 1/4 scoops of ice cream, banana, cool whip, small spoon of pineapple sauce on one scoop of ice cream and cherries and this cost me 6.79 plus tax. Was not told when ordering about them being out of strawberry sauce or offered extra pineapple sauce or something else. I will not be getting ice cream from this location anymore.

Wasn't in pressed at all y'all didn't have donuts we wanted that night and the next day the doughnuts were old tasting and hard like they were there the night before
