8 West Grille - Cleveland

This is one of the best places I've dined at this year. You won't regret visiting—bring your family and enjoy some fantastic food. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.

I ordered the chicken and waffles, and unfortunately, the chicken was cold, overcooked, and lacked seasoning. The fried green tomatoes were decent, but overall, I found the food to be overpriced. Even though the restaurant was empty, it took quite some time to get my meal. The service was satisfactory, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I had lunch, and the price per person was around $20–30.

The service and food were outstanding. The waitstaff collaborated seamlessly to ensure that everyone received their meals and drinks promptly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Cleveland, MS. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Despite these setbacks, our experience improved thanks to Sam. She went above and beyond to compensate for the lack of effective management and even provided us with a complimentary appetizer due to the poor experience. Sam is the sole reason I am not giving this place a one-star review, and she is the only reason I would consider returning.
