I was amazed to find that they had gluten free scones... super surprise and really really tasty... honestly you would never know they were gf other than the different shape. Great to see no single use plastic containers... homemade jam and clotted cream taken from larger containers into little dishes. Really good value for money
It’s a tranquil little haven For a tasty pot of tea Where the ambiance is perfect And the smiles ... they come for free Just to add So of the places you can linger This is perhaps the best For tea and treats and atmosphere As it puts shame to all the rest But what makes it so idyllic And such a perfect space Is its timeless utopian tenor Where a smile is never out of place So to cross the ‘teas’ And DOT the ‘eyes’ Just to be precise It’s clearly natures halcyon little paradise
Absolutely best savoury tomato and basil scone I have ever had! Enjoyed a tea and a lunch break at the Dotty's cafe
Had an early afternoon tea here along with son, daughter in law and baby Ivy. What a delightful place. Beautiful situation among crafts hub, by a gentle stream with ducklings and next to a peaceful country lane. Although Ivy is too young to appreciate ducklings at the moment I look forward hopefully to future visits when she will. The tea was absolutely delicious. amazing range of scones and cake and I believe sandwiches are also available. it was such a treat for me having endured a long journey from Northumberland. Thoroughly recommend.
Lovely scone and fruit tea. All cakes looked amazing. Crafts were lovely too and varied. Lots to do
