McDonald's - Clermont-l'Hérault

Frankly not terrible, the most part of the time the fries are prettier before the rest, so you eat them cold.not easy for the staff who do not stop running,

I'm in this mcdonalds right now. I've never seen a mcdo so gross. and the word is weak. it is 15:00 and the trash haven't been screwed since the year 2000. the service is deplorable and the employees are working in the middle of the customers. The ground is junctioned with garbage and rubble. There are pieces of fries everywhere. The walls are oily of hand traces. A real crime scene. I don't talk to you about the toilet... and I don't even dare imagine the kitchens!!!

Fries are always cold and hard, and half of the package we ask for a large fries we serve a fries average, a macdo croque hyper hard with a hard ham we ask for macfleury they are half while we pay it anyway 4 euros and if we ask for a napping it barely puts it honestly question you because it is really very disappointing to the long staff

And this one is to be avoided: the mac flowers are filled to half and when you notice it you are told that it is not true and that it is qualibrated. fries are cold and not salted. When you ask for a glass of water, salt a sauce, ... it's always forgotten and you have to claim. There's never a mustard (it seems that it's not true we never use it at macdo what I know not to be true) One day I was alone and they were 2 to serve. I'm being asked to place the order on the machine, but I didn't have my blue card, so I don't need to be served unless I take my car to go to the drive. So I'm going to the drive on my feet because my car was parked away and there again we refuse to serve me because I'm on foot.
