Café Pascal Clermont Ferrand

Scenery is great and food for people (and dog) watching. Staff isn't super friendly, but they are quick and attentive. Food isn't awesome. The place is what it is... A great place for a beer in the evening before dinner.

One of the busiest bars in Clermont. I particularly love the wings here. The servers are nice and bilingual, and the ambiance is always great.

In spite of the indication of their own website (open Monday to Sunday, as of 8:30h) we found the place closed at around 10am. Apparently work is being done – it might be useful to indicate this on the website.

Sort of a strange cross between an Irish Pub and a French one lots of good beer quite a young crowd, good attentive friendly staff. Kitchen ran out of most of the things on the simple menu when we were there the cheese and meat plate is great but fried chicken and goats cheese burger is not a combination I would want to try again!

Staff did pretty well coping with a lot more people than they normally had but only managed to serve two rounds in three hours. The burger was pretty disappointing even with very low expectations.
