Mcdonald's - Clermont

I went back to have the sandwich and missing burrito corrected. While they were accommodating and gave me the burrito, my child took a sip of the hot chocolate only to discover it was actually black coffee. I went back inside and informed the manager that I needed a hot chocolate without whipped cream. They handed me another cup, and surprise! It still had whipped cream on it. After another correction, we finally left. To make matters worse, when we took the burritos home, they were hard, and the eggs inside were cold. The worst part is, it wasn't even busy when we were there. It’s such a shame — I feel like I wasted over $20.

The food was good, but the person at the register seemed unfriendly and unapproachable. It would be great to have someone there who has a more positive attitude. Thank you!

Every time I visit this location, the food is good, but the wait for service always exceeds 15 minutes. I tried ordering through the app this morning and parked as instructed, but I ended up arriving late to work because my food was never brought to my car. I had to get out of the car and ask what was happening. The service was awful. I’m sorry, but I have to be honest.

UPDATE: Received an email from McDonald's stating the Franchise owner would contact me. 8-days from the email and still no contact. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. They're supposed to have a sesame seed bun. I don't know what I got but themeat was flat and so big, it hung off the bun and folded up in the box. It was ice cold. lobby was closed at 8:00PM on aFriday night. We have an issue about 80% of the time we go there, but this one has done it. If you call, it's difficult to getthrough. I've heard they take the phone of the hook. Recommend driving to SR 50 to the corporate owned store.

I got a mobile order and chose to go inside to get it there was a huge line at front counter and noone working there. Now that they have automated machines they expect everyone to use them and have noone to checkout
