Arby's - Clermont

I picked up my son and my daughter from school. I brought her through the Arby's Drive. I bought 2 of the 2 for $6 Chicken Sandwiches, 2 Mini Chocolate Shakes, a Coke and a Chocolate Cookie. I paid and even rounded the order to donate. She gave me the two shakes and coke and said the food was out. My children both took a drink from their shakes and immediately said they tasted delicious. I told the driver we came in. My children first went to the restaurant, the shakes did not taste right, and instead asked for a cookie or pommes. When I came to the restaurant, my children were upset and told me they couldn't exchange the shakes. I approached the counter and asked the employee what the problem was. She said she had to get her manager. The assistant came and avoided me. I explained what happened, and she said she couldn't take her back because of Covid-19. I said throw them away, they don't taste right. She said your kids just don't like her. You said it tastes like coffee. She said because you ordered Moca. I said no, showed her the reception, the chocolate said. She had an attitude and said there's nothing she can do. I told her I'm going to complain, and she didn't care. My children were upset and I too. I take my children all the time to McDonald's and Burger King, and if there are problems they apologize, give a refund or exchange them. This lady was very rude and has no experience in dealing with customers.

This Arby feels newer than most, so the Vibes are nice. The Roastbeef is as you would expect, but if you stand out from this article, you will find some unexpected favorites. I also love the milkshakes and holy pommes.

I have real hopes on this website. Arby's products are now fresh and amazing and have a wide range of foods.. Curly Fries are 2 to none... but they were very stingy with the most important ingredients (prime beef sandwich) especially for this price but oh so delicious. I used to think this..I don't know why I was asked to review again.. but I would return, but talk to managers first about lack of product in wonderful sub-rolls... my sis loved your gyros..she had never been..

Great fish sandwiches and more. At this place and out of many fast food place that I go. There was an excellent Covid-19 cleaning of the place for the dine in and carry-out, window service gloves and mask for the personnel inside. Unlike many other places they had a dedicated Arby's employee cleaning the tables all the time and contact places. Very friendly staff. Great job.

Went thru drive thru. Fast and friendly service. Prices comparable to other fast food restaurants in the area. Order was correct. Condiments and napkins were in the bag. Pecan chicken sandwich not so good. Definitely not worth the $5.49. Bread was hard and not enough chicken. Overall a dry, hard, boring sandwich.
