Service was shocking, was no prior warning on booking that there’s a Sunday ONLY menu. Which has set prices, was not offered a kids menu. Took 10 minutes for someone to take our second drink order and then waited over an hour for our food. Waitresses where not very good, rude, and not attentive at all. Didn’t even ask for allergens, or if the meal was okay. Speaking of the meal! Over £80! For three soft drinks, two starters which was a small amount of pate and one slice of bread and three meals of fish goujons which were greesy as hell and had more batter than actual fish, the potatoes were undercooked, and the order was wrong for allergens and the answer was to scrape them off the plate rather than do a fresh meal. Which left one of us with a lot less food ie potatoes etc. Would I go back, absolutely not. Don’t know what’s changed here, management, staff or whatever but you’ve dropped your standards massively. A separate Vegan menu available and Gluten free options clearly labelled. Champagne flute had to be returned be cleaned and instead of replacing with a fresh one, I observed it simply wiped through and returned. After finishing our savoury course we tried to get the attention of the waiting staff to obtain our bill We were not offered desserts after finishing, or a drink top up after they arrived at our table. Perhaps it was reserved but, who knows. THE FOOD The falafel bites were tepid and dry it needed some Moisture of some description, like a tahini dressing. The Boa Bun, though tasty, was served in a bowl and required a knife and fork to eat, though effectivly, it's a sandwich. Petit Delight, you can do much better than this. VEGAN MENU And please update the Vegan menu. It's been the same for 2 years. I fear those pies have been in the freezer that long.
