Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Cleburne

I visited the restaurant and ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner through the drive-thru. When I realized that the young man who took my order did not ask if I wanted spicy or original chicken, I informed him that I wanted original. At the window, I once again reiterated that I did not want spicy chicken, but the young man rudely responded that he already knew. I checked my order before leaving to ensure it was correct, but I didn't think I needed to taste test since I had already mentioned my preference twice. However, when I arrived home in Grandview, I discovered that my chicken was actually spicy and too hot to eat.

This restaurant is extremely overpriced. I ordered a 4-piece combo and received 2 wings, 1 thigh, and 1 leg when it should have been 1 leg, 1 thigh, 1 wing, and 1 breast. Additionally, the lemonade was watery and lacked any resemblance of lemon flavor.

Jayden was really efficient in getting my order and was quite friendly. However, the small drink was a bit expensive.

Slow service. Order was wrong 3 times and food was soaked in grease.

Everything in our order was either missing or wrong. No straws, no kids drink, no pickles on any sandwich, and we thought was had caught the mistake when they tried to leave out a whole sandwich and ranch and beans , come to find out as soon as we get home the rest of it is almost all wrong too. 1 star for sure. Do better Popeyes.
