Cotton Patch Cafe - Cleburne

We have always enjoyed dining at this Cotton Patch location, but our recent experience has changed our minds. The staff was very rude and unprofessional, addressing customers as "bro" or "bruh" and laughing in a customer's face while serving overcooked rolls, chicken tenders, chicken fried steak, underbaked squash, and unmashed potatoes. Despite the rudeness of the waitresses, we chose not to ask for new food because we feared the same treatment. Only 4 tables were in use, yet our drinks were not refilled promptly as the waitresses were sitting at another table on their phones and making fun of customers. The male waiter was the only one who treated us nicely. We will not name the two rude waitresses, but corporate will be informed. On a positive note, we were glad to see football playing on the TV. It is disappointing to leave a review like this, but the behavior of the waitresses was unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I had the marinated chicken and rice, which I can't remember the exact name of, but it was amazing. I dined in for dinner and the price per person was between $20-30. The food was a 5, service a 4, and the atmosphere was a 5.

This place has totally gone downhill. Service was terrible. Waitresses were very immature and rude. Seemed as though they were all making fun of people and giggling. Went at 3pm while it was almost empty and it still took too long. Okra tasted and looked like it had been cooked in old oil. Fried pickles appetizer was extremely small, much smaller than it used to be. You get like maybe 20 chips or less with a Queso appetizer. Chicken fried steak was burnt on the ends and mostly breading. I could go on but if you’re wanting a good dining experience, choose another place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Did a call in order to pick up. Gave them another chance after the last 3 times the order was wrong missing items. Showed up to get it and waited an additional 20 min. Finally a waiter asked me what I was here for and I told him. He said would you care for a drink or water while you wait and I said yes a tea would be great after waiting so long. He asked the manager about the tea and then came back to me and said if the tea is for me no. No tea. Terrible customer service. I know they get Uber delivery orders a lot but I ordered for my family and waited way too long to even be acknowledged let alone waited on. Alex tried to make it right but too late. Got home and order was missing 1/3 of it again. I'm tired of bad customer service and rude behavior. Called back and got promised a free meal again. But this is the 4th time a meal has been ruined.
