Steak 'n Shake - Clearwater

So this steak and shake has a manager named jeremy, who is the best customer service-oriented leader I met in a looung time. I waited for less than 5 minutes in the lobby and because no one took my order quickly he took me a free milkshake! that really surprised me, in today's day and old customer service as this is rare. I recommend this steak and shake everyone who wants a great experience. I think jeremy has set up this place so that the trip is worth it.

Steak 'N Shake used to be the place where you could go and fetched a good burger and milkshake, whether you were fed in or went through the drive thru. But all this has changed in recent years. While their food is still quite good, their service is not. The last time I was immersed (before COVID), they literally forgot us. We sat, gave menus and said someone would be with us soon. We saw another couple sitting after us; they served their drinks and ordered their food, and no one came to take our drinks orders. When we tried to ask someone to help us, they said we'd come if we can and take another 15 minutes before we saw someone. I understand if they were short or busy, but there were only 2 groups, including us and maybe 1 person in the Drive-Thru. Recently, I've been busy with Drive-Thru service or Uber Eats. Last time I went through the Drive-Thru, they took almost 20 minutes to get our order and then they forgot things. When we ordered Uber Eats a few days ago, they forgot our drink. Things happen, and I'm not one that ignores most of the things, but every time we've recently gone there or ordered from them, they've forgotten something or do their employees as if they were disturbed when we're throwing up a problem. There are many other places that offer good food without dealing with these problems.

Good food, great prices. Excellent service. No interiors because of Covid-19, they have picnic table in the parking lot. I'll go back there. About the Countryside Mall on the north side of 580.

I LOVE Steak n? Shake, but this location is having a difficult time completing orders through the app now that the dining room is closed. Don?t bother doing pickup! Just use the drive thru. I?ve order 3 times in the last month and had to go inside to get my order because they never brought it to my vehicle. I got my food 15 minutes after my food was marked completed on both occasions. On the third occasion, I marked that I was here 3 different times in the app and never received my order. After 10 minutes, I went inside and was told that ?they were trying to find my order.? Then the employee said she gave it to someone in one of the parking spaces, but clearly not to me! I?m happy she apologized and offered to remake my food, but please use caution and order through the drive thru. Ordering through the app will NOT save you any time. Got here at 7:01pm for my order and didn?t leave until 7:27pm with it.
