Great italian ice and custard, but this location could use a makeover

Whenever we see a Rita's we like to stop not sure if there's one near where we live.Nice combination of custard or Italian ice whichever you should prefer. Handshakes and what not.MMM

The place has good flavors, doesn't always have them all. I go so often and it's always refreshing. ? definitely recommended, don't expect your favorite flavor though.

The fact that the owner has to advertise free ice cream if you give her a (fraudulent) good review should tell you everything. The fact that you have to BRIBE people to leave a good review says it ALLLLL ? Trying oh so hard to hide the ACTUAL REVIEWS. Pathetic establishment, lack of customer service skills common courtesy for that matter. Took a half eaten ice cream from a CHILD because the owner refused to accept a $100 bill because you didn’t know if it was fake or not? Invest in a money marker look into learning some new customer service skills. My platform is pretty decent on tik tok, I’ll be sure my following is also aware of the services you provided
