Mellow Mushroom Clearwater

All the vegan stuff we had there tasted good. Nice atmosphere. Priced averagely. Wish there were more vegan options.

We've always loved this restaurant but appreciate it even more now that we're a vegan family. Our son loves the freshly baked pretzels, just ask for no Parmesan. Their salads are enormous and our favorite hoagies are the avocado and the tempeh ... no cheese or mayo, please. They also have vegan pizza options and their dough is made from scratch. And, the broccoli is cooked on the grill ... so good!

Based on the Happy Cow listing, we went to Mellow Mushroom for a late night dinner during our vacation. We had a large vegan pizza with several toppings including mushrooms, basil, and artichoke hearts. It had a delicious crust and plenty of vegan cheese. Also, our server, Casey, was very friendly and attentive. Loved this place and would highly recommend.

Got the large house salad with no cheese.. obviously....it was very good..next was the veg out gf pizza with no daiya cheese ..added some sundried tomatoes ..hit the spot..again nothing special but still very good..

So excited to find a place with gf and vegan options. I had the veg out gf pizza with Daiya cheese veggies were sparse as well as the daiya but the flavor was good and probably the best gf bread option I 've ever had. The price tho was outrageous compared to hub 's standard pizza and I 'd be just as happy with Amy 's frozen for a third the price. A 10 inch pizza is $12-13 my 12 inch (the only size they have in gf) was $20-21 and they upcharged for the vegan cheese $2-3 so my pizza with a few vegetables was $23.
