TAKE YOUR MONEY AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THE LOCATION OR COMPANY! 30 DAYS LATER! FAST FOOD INDUSTRY IS SAD! STILL NO RESPONSE! I WENT THROUGH DRIVE THRU 7/26/22 AND ONCE AGAIN COMMUNICATION ERROR! I LEFT WITH NO FOOD HOWEVER I WAS CHARGED ON THECARD I USE FOR THE APP. I WILL BE CONTACTING YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE. IF ANYONE USES THE APP AND HAVE A CARD LINKED TO IT YOU MAYWANT TO CHECK YOUR STATEMENT AS YOU MAY BE CHARGED TWICE. I continue to have APP problems at this restaurant. Most the staffhas no idea how to handle when communication issues come up. Recently I gave my APP code, they took my order, kid at theregister just looked at me and said it isn 't going through. I then used the same card linked to the APP and it went throughfine. However as I looked at my receipt I was charged twice and did not receive the APP price. When I questioned that at thepick up window blatantly had deer in headlights look. I then asked for Manager to explain the above. He apologized however blewme off saying it was my bank not knowing I used the same payment method. He said contact the bank but it 's not the bank!! It 'sthe APP!! As a footnote he made NO effort to adjust to the APP price. I frequent this restaurant several times a week. I hadpreviously rated it a 5. I also want to point out because of the inability of some of the staff I have been charged DOUBLE asposted on my card statement. It can be clearly seen as I have two charges same day same price. I currently have about 52k pointsby using my APP here and I 'm just ready to start going to the Burger King, Chik-fil-A or Wendy 's in the same general area asit 's convenient on my way home from work. On a positive the staff here is very friendly and know me when I come through drivethru and if there is a problem they usually handle on their own. Oh and by the way your staff acknowledges there is an APPproblem so maybe Management can address and train the employees how to handle. Future visits will be determined
The staff at this restaurant are always friendly and the food is quite good. I have always had a positive experience at McDonald's, although I have to admit that I need to cut back because I am starting to gain weight from eating there too often!
The Ice Cream Machine at this restaurant is always working! It's a fast food spot, much like McDonald's, offering the same familiar taste and prices every time. I've never had a negative experience here, and when I did, I spoke to the manager and the issue was quickly resolved.
Well, this is a McDonald's. If you need to read a review of a McDonald's I don't know what that says about you. Since reviewing their food isn't even really a good idea, I guess I will review their service. The folks that I encountered in the Drive-Thruwere prompt efficient and minimally friendly.
