Read my order at 10:05, put it at 10:09, waited in line from 10:12 to 10:24. Super busy, that's not a problem, I'm glad it's busy. The problem is that I waited 12 minutes for a depressing coffee. It is so easy that it corresponds to my own skin color and I ordered with a less cream than the normal amount. Not in the rush to drink weak coffee, as I have a long drive back to Orlando, I'll wait until I'm on the highway. Red light on 60 after my departure. It is flavored pumpkin, not the caramel I ordered. I know that's not how it should be because I was with another dunkin with a big ice cream coffee the day before. Like the reason I'm going to Dunkin is the ice cream coffee I had yesterday. And today coffee is the reason I stop going to Dunkin. Too contradictory. A few days it is great and a few days it is weak. I know there are people who are good, I never had a problem good, I'm happy for you. I wish I always had luck and had their big coffee. Edit: I would have done this through the input survey, I would have received a reception. It tastes like pumpkin spice seasoned milk.

Make big coffee. I'll say that with kindness. That's not a funny job, so many of our without. SMILE, it increases your face value. Life is so beautiful. And if you have a hard day that is understandable and okay. Thank you for the great coffee. See you tomorrow.
If I could give this store a zero stars i would. A friend and i just went through the drive through and wanted to do separate orders (2 orders total). The girl taking the orders was extremely rude when my friend said U have a second order not letting her even finish her sentence and yelling I CAN 'T TAKE TWO ORDERS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH! While I understand that you may have a policy about this, there is a kind and customer friendly way to let someone know. Then when we got to the window to pay and pick up, my friend was handed her credit card with a wet substance on it and a here 's your stuff. The last time we went through this drive through the manager refused to honor a coupon that he was informed about when the order was taken because he had already run it through his cash register. I won 't go back and I wouldn 't advise anyone else to go there if they expect any decent service. There are plenty of dunkin donuts around town.
