Scooter's Coffee - Clear Lake

At 7:30 PM, a thin blonde came by to take out the trash. No one responded for 20 minutes, and when I walked past the window, a girl with red hair and long nails was on her phone. They ignored customers until they closed.

I absolutely love their smoothies, breakfast burritos, muffins, and chocolate chip cookies. The staff is always so cheerful and friendly!

The worst customer service i have encountered at any scooters. The blonde with the nose ring was so freaking rude and rushed. she slammed the window and turned her back after giving us drinks.

I asked for a two pumps of mocha and two pumps of caramel and I think they gave me four of each is way too sweet . Had she repeated it back to me this wouldn't have happened. It's not that unusual to have carelessness at the Clear Lake, IA location .

Pretty good latte. I like the little trick they play and it worked with me because I'm not good at placing my order at a speaker. I always feel rushed. I said what I wanted and they just said large and I said yes. I almost NEVER get a large latte. I've never cared that much for drive throughs, but it was the only coffee shop I could find that was open. I much more comfortable speaking to am actual person.
