Kfc - Clear Lake

The food was excellent, and the service was much faster than my previous visits. While it's true that they’re still slower than McDonald's, it's impressive to watch the staff in action. I can't imagine how they manage to make 12 tacos for one person in just a few minutes and then do it all over again. I saw a Taco Bell employee do just that, while a third customer was clearly frustrated because he didn’t get his order in time. The manager handled the situation well and treated the customer with respect. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at this great place, especially after their extensive renovations.

The food is good, but they need to improve their employee training in customer service. Additionally, staff should not use their phones while working.
