Heath definitely deserves recognition!! The fry cook couldn't speak enough English to take my order, and the manager on duty was useless!! And when the manager on duty came out of her hiding hole to help, it was because Heath couldn't provide the change needed. Then he was instructed to tell patrons that only exact change could be accepted for cash customers. Definitely should be better at setting your employees up for success!!! Do better Wendy's. Way to go Heath!! I hope you find a place that deserves you!!
