Hoist House At Swiftwater Cellars

An outstanding, serene location, great food and excellent service await you at Swiftwater. Right on the Golf Course in Suncadia we saw lots of golfers taking advantage of a quick bite or lunch to go. We aren't golfers but we thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious surroundings and peaceful covered back deck with sweeping views of the vallley below. Food was excellent (big salad and a flatbread pizza) and we tried a flight of wine which then lead to us buying several bottles the offerings were so good. HIGHLY recommended all around. We'll be back next time we're in the area.

Our waiter told us that they recently added the Chicken Piccata to their menu, and boy am I glad that they did. This was hands down one of the best chicken dishes I've ever had. The chicken was perfectly breaded and the sauce that covered the chicken and potatoes still has my mouth watering. The group I was with also got a plethora of appetizers, desserts, and drinks which were all outstanding. I personally had the Manhattan which was my favorite (of many) while in Washington for a few days. Can't wait to return some day!

The Wagu Burget is one of the best I have had in my dining experience. The views from this restaurant overlooking the golf course is breathtaking. Flatbread was excellent. Service prompt. Definitely going back.

I personally didn't eat there, but a work colleague said the food and service are amazing. I trust him, so should you!
