The large fish fillets with white meat that are sometimes called "cats" in Asia are not the same as catfish in the USA - they are actually a type of fish called swai. Many restaurants in St. Louis advertise catfish, but when questioned, they admit it's actually swai. I had a conversation with the manager of a fish restaurant who had falsely advertised catfish, but when pressed, they acknowledged it was not actually catfish. I urged the manager to price their dishes accurately and not sell alternative fish under false pretenses. While it may be cheaper to serve swai instead of catfish, I personally would rather pay a higher price for the real thing. As someone who has eaten plenty of catfish, I consider myself an expert on the subject.
This place is trash the only way it is surviving because it is literally the only place to get food except chipotle in clayton . eating sucks! French fries are always a dirty brown because of dirty cooking oil. the chicken is always boiled and they also drown the eating in season, $10 for trash. don't waste their time or money
The service is SUB-STANDARD, the mgr was very careless. please give them money here. Eating was terrible.
The chicken and shrimp were tough, and the fries were overly greasy. I won't be coming back again.
Call this place 20 times to place a order so I wouldn’t have to sit in car and wait for food. Poor communication when someone picked up phone never said hello can I help u but sat the receiver down and talked to others in background. I will never go here again $17 for 2 piece fish and 2 sides is ridiculous and it’s not a full plate
