The staff is always very friendly and willing to help you. The food is delicious and is always fresh and hot. They have the best chicken and BBQ around. Hands down!

Food was good, the fried foods were a little salty, but not so much you couldn't eat it. I will order again, the chicken and brisket were extra great

My husband and I used J-Tops as our caterer for our wedding. John and the entire team are fantastic! John met with us and the venue coordinator several weeks prior to our big day to view the venue, answer questions we might have, and he also offered suggestions to make our day even more perfect. The day off was excellent! The food was absolutely delicious and the servers were extremely helpful and kind. John and the J-Tops team we are so appreciative of you and for making our wedding day the absolute best! For anyone looking for catering services, I highly recommend John and the J-Tops team for your next event!

I am so disappointed with the food I received here this evening. This was my first time trying this BBQ place because we just moved to the area a few months ago. I’ve passed by it several times and saw the reviews so we decided to try it. I ordered 2 plates so my fiancé and I would have a variety of items to try at once. One plate was just vegs and the other was a combination of ribs and BBQ. The ribs were dry and the piece that we got on our plate was more fat than ribs it seemed. The bbq was ok but spicy to me. The sides were horrible except the Mac and cheese. It was pretty good. The fried okra wasn’t cooked enough to my liking. The slaw and potato salad were room temp and not good either as the potato salad was bitter. The hush puppies were by far my favorite on the plate. I got a bag of the pork skins on the way out and just tasted those. They would be good if they weren’t so salty. I am so disappointed that I spent over $32 for a meal and we ended up not eating the majority of the food. The service on the phone and in person was fantastic. I am so disappointed and was so excited to have a place nearby with good food.

Food makes the occasion and J-Tops made my son's wedding an epic event. John worked with my wife and I developing the menu for the big day, checked in with us as the day grew closer, was out the day before to scout the location and served us some awesome BBQ to our friends and family. His food is wondrous, his attitude and smile are contagious. He is a blessing to our local community!
