Core3brewery - Clayton

This is a lovely brewery in San Jose. Given the strong competition in the area, I'm giving it 4 stars. The beers are enjoyable, but I’ve noticed they often lean towards darker selections during my visits. This works well for some, but I'm personally more into lighter or sour beers! I appreciate the ambiance both inside and outside; we've had the chance to sit in both areas. The staff is consistently knowledgeable and friendly.

This charming little microbrewery is located in an old garage, giving it a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. They offer a great selection of craft beers, and the bartender was friendly and attentive. The only drawback is that there are no TVs. Overall, the prices are very reasonable.

The restaurant has a nice location with both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a good beer among the flight I ordered. The standard Pilsner and Stout options were lacking; they were either off or didn’t have any robust flavors, and all of them had flat finishes. I stopped by on New Year's Eve after work for a quick drink. After the last song, the guitarist from the music duo walked around the bar wearing a bucket around his neck, suspended by a rope with a sign that read "TIPS." I left before he reached my side of the bar.

This place is amazing. Even if I didn't enjoy a specific beer, it was only because that style isn't my preference; it was still expertly crafted. This spot never fails to impress. In short, it's a great venue with wonderful people and outstanding beer.

Hearthside Bellow on a chilly March evening is hard to beat.
