Peggy's Diner - Claysburg

Went for breakfast. Food was good, service was a little slow. Nice atmosphere, everyone was friendly.

Went for lunch today with my son met up with his counselors and we were only there talking we ordered food although they did not lady that worked there said is this a meeting because you can't have meetings here we were only talking, even if it wasent a meeting who were they to judge and said we don't allow people to come in here and have meetings only because they had there notebook with them. I can see if no food was ordered and we went in and sat down and were just talking but we ordered food . So I don't see what the big deal was.

We found this place on a road trip. The food was great, the staff was really friendly, and the service was nice and quick. I don't think we're likely to get back there, but if we're ever in the area, we'll definitely eat there again.The only odd thing about the place is they are cash only.

Food is great, prices are lowest around . Service is good not the greatest, not rude just slow..only 2 very elderly women servers in morning. Little slow greeting table then they seem to forget they did..other than that very nice place to eat..I do go there a couple times a week
