I went to this restaurant based on good TripAdvisor ratings on the food. The restaurant impresses with ecological food and long cooking (sous vide). I chose the menu of the day. Vey delcious salad for beginners Main course more traditional German food dessert a little pale in taste. Okay, food, but I wasn't blown over. Very friendly and accomodating waitress. If I visit these parts of Germany again, I will hope to be impressed again.

In a small town like Buntenbock you can't believe that restaurants can exist. But then again, this is Michael. The owner is a large cook, with tons of experience in organic and slow food! We had a great evening, nice food and drinks! Do not go to big cities, discover local resin food!
