The ice cream is good and scenery was great. The order take was a sweetheart truly, yet the owner and other worker were very rude. After ordering a small sundae with only whip and nuts and I confirmed it was only whip and nuts 3x with the order taker, the other worker doesn’t put any and i politely ask for the whip and she goes “oh well you said you didnt want any” and i proceeded to tell her i did about 3x in a non rude way ofc, this is my first time here and hear nothing but good news so i wasnt being nasty or rude yet she accused me of being rude? may just be miscommunication but it left a bad taste as a first impression.
Great place to grab an ice cream and look out onto the Louisville skyline!
Excellent Banana Split! Could have used more shady places to sit and enjoy the dessert and views.
Love this place! Great ice cream and terrific river view.
