Wendy's Riverside Drive - Clarksville

I traveled from Pennsylvania to visit friends in Clarksville, and we decided to stroll by the riverside before having lunch at your Wendy's. When I ordered my meal, I realized I couldn't find my wallet in my purse. My friend kindly offered to cover the cost for me, but while I was still looking for my wallet, I was informed that your employees and managers had already taken care of my bill. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude! The staff was wonderful, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious! Thank you so much!

The customer service here is outstanding. I saw a staff member assist an elderly couple by walking them to their table and helping carry their drinks and food. Great job—your efforts are truly appreciated!

I recently visited your Clarksville, TN location on Riverside Drive, and I had a wonderful experience thanks to one of your employees who greeted me at the door. He appeared to have special needs, and his warm, joyful personality truly lifted my spirits. I also received great service during my visit. It had been a long time since I last went to Wendy's, but because of this experience, I plan to return as often as I can.
