The food was good, but the wait time was a bit longer than usual. I guess we just arrived during a busy period.

This restaurant is not suitable for a business meal. It was cold, noisy, and there were too many children around. I understand it's a family-friendly place, but I specifically noted that I was coming for a business meal when I made my reservation, yet I was still seated among families. Additionally, the temperature inside was uncomfortably cold and several items on the menu were unavailable.

We were not seated until 7:25 PM, and our dinner didn't arrive until 8:00 PM. The hostess was inadequate, and it was clear that more waitstaff were needed. Our waitress had too many tables to attend to. We won't be coming back.

They sat us in the back so of course we got bad service . We got cold food and it took 20 min just for the server to come back and check Friends food came out in sections after our food. Overall bad service and cold food will never go back again

This Red Lobster tonight. It was our first time. We live an hour away so we hoped it would be good and it was excellent. The server was very friendly and good. Atmosphere and music were great. Food was excellent. From biscuits to salad, potato and shrimp, great work!!!
