Luigi's Pizza - Clarksville

The toppings and the pizza together were thinner than a quarter inches and this is considered on a 10 cauliflower pizza. Second had no sauce and the toppings are as thin as human. A very sad disappointment of a pizza place. Will NIE understand how they are still in business.

Order at 12:16 a.m. with an offer from arrival at 55 to 65 minutes. At 13:35 a.m. I call to ask for my order and was said to raise it anytime. There was no urgency regarding my order. At 13:55, still no order. I called back and asked if someone had contacted the driver and was informed that they could call her if I wanted to. Why isn't that your first thought? And to finish this, a refund takes 6 to 8 days! I enjoy Luigi 's and I am aware that their delivery times are too long. I understand. I am very disappointed by the lack of care about it and will pass on it in the future.

Pizza is really good, we get it about 3-4 times a month. Only on the side are they not in my area.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I ordered several times here, and this place has become worse and worse. Today was the worst. Simple garbage. So bad it was disrespectful. The fact that you look at it as a business is very disappointing. You'd think paying $50 worth of food would translate into quality food. Definitely no. The pizza was cold. Tastes like garbage. Dry like cardboard. The delivery lasted 1.5 hours (and should be 45 minutes). Words can't express how angry I am. I hope this place is bankrupt because you do business. Make us a favor and just close. Don't do business anymore. Save your money. Not worth it, even if it was free.

Two out of three isn?t bad I guess? Two of our pizzas were pretty good and prepared correctly and then the last one (half cheese half pepperoni) literally had no cheese on the cheese only side, maybe just a sprinkle on two of the slices but one had none at all? not sure what happened and honestly was quite shocked. We will probably try this location again but will definitely double check the pizzas in store lol.
