Ended up sitting in lobby for 30 minutes because they had run out of biscuits. Food was packed up except biscuits for I don't know how long. Instead of giving me cups for drinks, which would have been forgotten if I hadn't mentioned it, I was given 2 cups of Pepsi. By this time I wasn't even going to hang around any longer. Saw the guy who packed food outside smoking when I drove away. He didn't stay around to complete order. Worst service ever.
They messed my order up. I tried calling and they never answered phone. My chicken looked like it was left over from someone's plate. They shorted me 4 pieces and did not give me my biscuits.Food: 1/5
My visit was a few weeks ago. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker and the customer service was already trash. Ordered a famous bowl with fresh chicken. Went to the window and paid and was told to pull up and it’d be out in about 5 minutes. 20 had passed and I started to get annoyed as I was the only customer on the premises. I called the store from the parking lot to check on my order, no one answered. 5 minutes later, I went in and about 5 employees were all standing around and playing in the kitchen. They tried to take my order as if I was a new customer and I told them I had been waiting on my food for 20+ minutes and that I didn’t even want it anymore and to give me a refund. I asked to speak to the manager and made my complaints and the general manager was coming up with every excuse in the book as to why my food wasn’t done and why no one answered the phone. I then asked for my information to be passed to the owner so I could make a formal complaint (which never happened) because the level of service I received was SUBPAR. Everyone in the restaurant needs to be retrained on what great customer service is.
Went on a delivery pick up n walked over. The employee looked right at me turned around and walked to the back. It was open several cars drove away. Just shut down if ur gonna waste people time.
Was missing several items. Drove to store after not one answered the phone to see if either a bag was missed I could retrieve or re order the items. Was inside the store for 15 min w no acknowledgement. Nothing at all! Several upset guests inside waiting for food or to order. Watched several people leave to go somewhere else. I left wo speaking to anyone. I understand they were busy, but no soft greet... No, we will be right with you.
