Jimmy John's - Clarksville

I have this ongoing issue where I keep forgetting how to order "The Gargantuan" in the regular size instead of the BEHEMOTH version. If you look at the attached photo, you'll see just how absurdly large The Gargantuan really is. Am I upset when this mix-up happens? Not at all, haha. It's incredibly delicious! But it can be surprising to receive such a massive portion unexpectedly. Then I start worrying that the staff is judging me. "I promise, it’s a mistake," I find myself thinking. After that, I have to sneak the giant sandwich into my house, hoping no one sees me trying to hide it while I hurry inside. It feels a bit comical as I toss it over my shoulder and scurry away. Overall, I give it a 10/10 and I'm definitely planning to have this mix-up happen at least three more times!

I wish I could get my tip money back. The driver completely disregarded the directions and went to the wrong entrance. Please READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! However, following up on my issue, they reached out to me and said that my tip would be reimbursed (although I’m not sure if that will actually happen) and apologized for the mistake. I’m increasing my rating because the food was good, and I appreciate their willingness to take responsibility. Thank you, JJ!

They only put meat on the sandwich and completely omitted the lettuce. They didn't follow the instructions at all.

I ordered a Big John sandwich with extra roast beef, but the one I got only had a single slice of roast beef in it.

Never been a big fan of this place. Number one, they're very expensive for what you get. Number two I don't ever have a tasty sandwich. Finally, when I would order ahead for delivery the order was always wrong.I only ate here because my family wanted to.
