El Taco Placero - Clarksville

I also had one of the best ground beef tacos I've had in a long time. The beef fajitas and chicken enchiladas were delicious. The house red salsa was great, though I prefer it spicy. Luckily, our attentive server brought out some salsa verde, which was a beautiful blend of tomatillo, avocado, cilantro, and lime, adding a nice kick to the meal. The owner of the restaurant was fantastic—always friendly and eager to explain and describe his dishes. He treated me to the aguachile, made with perfectly cleaned butterfly shrimp marinated in lemon juice (ceviche-style) alongside cucumber, onion slices, cilantro, lime, salt, and a mix of Serrano and Habanero chiles (definitely not for the faint of heart), along with some proprietary seasonings. I absolutely loved it and will be sure to order it again on my next visit. Overall, the service was top-notch, the food was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend dining here! I love this place and the only Mexican restaurant worth eating in the city!! The Lengua Tacos are the best!! The family that belongs to this restaurant are amazing people!!

Terrific place for Mexican food. The owner is very friendly and they have a large menu. There are also lunch specials as well as daily specials. The place is clean and the food can be mild or hot, as you prefer.

The staff is among the friendliest people I've ever met. They genuinely enjoy chatting with customers. Plus, their salsa is outstanding!
