Bonfire Mongolian Grill - Clarksville

Absolutely love the food and how things are done in the kitchen. But from what I've seen (and this may not be entirely the fault of the establishment) but it needs mention that the atmosphere has gone away and the life seems to have been sucked out of this place since covid. I hope management get it together and fix that and get some wait staff in there because this was my goto place for so long. And I want to see yall thrive.

It is something different to experience. Food is always cooked completely. Could use some clean up after people go through the line. Other than that it's a nice place to socialize.

Everything is self serve yet prices have gone up. The place has really gone downhill since it opened, this used to be my favorite place to eat. The food isn't bad but Everything else about it is. I don't think I'll be back

My wife and I are always looking for something unique and this place fits the bill. Put together a bowl your favorite meets and veggises, pick the spices and sauces you want them to cook with, put it at the end of the bar and they'll do the rest. I enjoy the self service aspects of the restaurant, however fewer staff usually means they'll get behind on busy nights. Absolutely delicious food! I cannot begin to describe the flavors and how well cooked my food is every visit. The wait time is very reasonable. If there was one complaint I had, it would be that the self serving station is always dirty. I understand that it’s main function is customer access but, in the restaurant industry, wouldn’t you want it to be presentable?
