The salad was crisp, cold, and incredibly fresh—simple yet delicious, made with genuine ingredients. The bite-sized steak was the best I've ever had. Whenever we come from Spokane, this is our top choice. The service was outstanding!

My sister and I dined here for the first time on Sunday, January 22, 2017. We loved the firefighter theme, but it was the food and service that truly impressed us. We ordered the special bite-sized dish, which was the best we’ve ever had. The portion size was generous, and it was cooked to perfection—juicy and tender. Our mushroom and mussel starters were also excellent. Our waitress was friendly and very welcoming, and she even informed us about a special that wasn't on the menu. We left very satisfied. Thank you!

I had drinks with a friend this afternoon and was impressed by the quick service, tasty side dishes, and the relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
