Papa Johns Pizza - Clarksburg

I would really like to give a good review for this store. But when mishaps happen once then twice I tend to go somewhere else rather than fool around with these people. I went inside to order a Shaq-a-Roni Pizza. I got home and ther was a plain cheese pizza, NO PEPPERONI!! What the... Anyway I was ticked off but I let it go thinking it was just a miscommunication. The next time I went to this store was a couple of weeks later. I ordered the same thing. This time I got home and there was only about 10 pepperoni slices on the whole pizza! Shaq-a-Roni is supposed to have double cheese and double pepperoni. It definitely didn't look like the one on TV. Also, there was no other customers in the store when I arrived to pick up my pizza yet the worker ignored me for like 5 minutes saying nothing at all. It was only when a worker returned from delivering a pizza that I was even acknowledged- not by the worker that ignored me but by the returning delivery guy! There are too many other choices for good pizza than Papa Johns so I wouldn't recommend this place. Sorry Shaq.

My food was over an hour, and a late and cold. I ordered 6 wings.bone in and revived boneless pieces the garlic parm was worst never again

I recently tried the wings here for the first time, and I was impressed. The wings were delicious, and the staff was incredibly polite. Everyone greeted me warmly as I entered.

Terrible. As you can see in the picture there are basically no toppings on the pizza. The order also took forever to get out. Had to wait 40min for my order and the staff is not good. Do not go here.

This review is more on the service rather than the pizza because I have had consistent pizzas from this brand. The thing that brought me to write a review about this location was their service when picking up my order. The person at the front, who seemed new, was incredibly courteous and polite that I was taken aback. Smiles were plentiful and the person walked over to me to hand me the pizzas and wished me a good night with a smile. I have been buying pizza for quite some time, which I am sure a lot of people can say that, but I have never ran into someone that nice at the counter before. As for the pizza, it was fresh because it just came out of the oven and we didn't get sick from it. This place is convenient for me but the doors in the front is hard to understand as the signage and Dunkin Donuts are really close together.
