I have witnessed the manager verbally abusing coworkers multiple times and have also seen instances of physical aggression towards the employees he is supposed to be managing. This behavior makes me extremely uncomfortable and upset when I am trying to enjoy a meal with my family. It is concerning that I have to worry about keeping this horrible man away from employees who are just trying to do their job without being mistreated. I have also witnessed many instances of the manager's inappropriate behavior and misconduct.

I attempted to order food for my family for delivery, only to be informed 50 minutes later that the order had been canceled by the restaurant. When I tried to call, I was abruptly hung up on. Upon calling again, I discovered I was speaking with a call center, who directed me to contact customer service. After reaching out to customer service, I was instructed to file a complaint online. However, when I attempted to do so, I encountered technical difficulties that prevented me from reaching anyone. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. This company is incredibly unprofessional.
