Tim Hortons - Clarenville

I accidentally slipped on some engine oil that had been tracked onto the sidewalk around the building. The restaurant staff quickly responded by sending someone to clean up the slippery area. I was impressed by their prompt action and efficiency.

This restaurant experience was not great. The young man at the window charged us for the wrong order, then gave us someone else's order. We had to figure out the mistake, get a refund, and finally receive our own order. It took 8 to 10 minutes in the drive-thru just for two coffees.

Tim Hortons is a fantastic place to grab a coffee. The service is decent and the coffee is always top-notch. What more can I say? It's the best.

The service at this restaurant is excellent. The coffee is great and they throw a nice lunch party. Perfect for grabbing lunch to go and enjoying it elsewhere.
