KFC - Clarenville

Went here just before leaving Clarenville, and to my surprise it was one of the only open restaurants on a Sunday Afternoon. Ordered our food, service was fast, employees were nice and food was fresh and there was no mistakes. Good job! Was very yummy....Thanks

We are here today for lunch. $25 for two 2-piece dinners (white meat). Chicken pieces were small and dry, wings were broken. Very small portions of fries. Gravy is thin and watery. Seems like they are really cutting corners. I could not recommend this store...at all. For the money, just about any other restaurant in town is better. Other chicken restaurants in town are a better value. I know I won't be going back again!

I went there for supper this evening for I haven't had KFC since it reopened from being closed since the summer! I USED to love their gravy and chicken, but whatever they have done since the reopening is NOT working for them, they should have...stayed closed! The gravy, which I once loved was disgusting from what it used to be and the chicken was over cooked and dry as hell! Worst KFC I ever been too and it's the last time I'll visit this one in the mall next to the hospital!

The staff mostly speak English but are rude. The gravy is very watery, as usual. I love gravy, but this is the worst place to go for it. They really need to step up their game!

The customer informed the restaurant that the orange juice was bad because the expiration date was 2016. The worker refused to take any action, causing the customer to leave and not return. After leaving, the staff in the kitchen joked about something being wrong with his nose. It is important to remember that the customer is always right when it comes to good customer service. Additionally, during a previous visit, I requested an extra sauce packet after ordering a $35 meal. I typically only carry plastic for payment, so after paying for my meal, I was asked to pay an additional 25 cents for the sauce. The worker behind the counter complained about her personal life and expressed how much she hated her job. Due to these experiences, I have no intention of returning to this restaurant.
