I'm from CT so only my 3rd time ever eating at a Waffle House. Thanksgiving evening, I was surprised they were even open. The women working behind the counter gave us a big huge welcome with a smile, she was decked out in a festive Thanksgiving outfit, I loved it! We were staying in a near by hotel, bringing food back to our room. I had mentioned that to her while ordering. I asked if she'd be able to package some condiments to go, she said no problem. Ordered carryout, simple process. Web page on phone is clunky and for one time likely order, wasn't going to mess with app. Ordered hash brown bowl with sausage and eggs sunny up add onion. GOT… Hash browns cooked one side rest was mushy like was just steam cooked. Sausage I thought was a couple patties chopped with spatula. Mine was run thru a meat grinder.
