Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Literally the worst. Ordered my sandwich asked for no Mayo TWICE while ordering it. then was handed my sandwich asked again if there was Mayo on it, was told no. Long behold I get home and there’s Mayo on it! How incompetent can an establishment be? Clean house!

Poor service and out of avocado again. Took 30+ minutes and me and my friends trying to eat healthy were late to a function. Very disappointing.

Come here all the time and order a kids size Sunrise Sunset because I will 100% waste a regular size. Never had an issue. This morning she tells me I can only order the regular size and that I am lying when I say I get a small all the time. Never again.

Trying new things and their sandwiches were awesome

Food is good but the drive-they wait time is absolutely insane. Expect to wait with only a few (let’s say 3) cars ahead of you at least 40 minutes. I’ve come here a decent bit of times and every time I make the mistake of using the drive-thru it has been like this.
