Tropical Grille - Clarendon County

We have enjoyed TG dining in and picking up in the drive thru. One of our recent trips consisted of a VERY complicated large order. The young lady in the drive thru was so patient with our order and even took extra time to cofirm our order face to face at the window. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and desire to get the order correct!

The South Of The Border, Cuban Sandwich, and Sweet Plantains were so delicious!!! The food was fresh, nice portion size for the price, and prepared neatly. Customer service was awesome! Definitely will be back!

Not worth the money…the chicken reminds me of Tyson chicken pre made…they put so much lettuce and tomato on that by the time I got it my pita was swimming in juice…bland and not worth almost 9 bucks! I went to burger king and sad to say was much better considering burger king isn't like they use to be.....won't be back./Follow up response to owner I can't help just because u say it's cooked fresh it tasted frozen… definitely not high expectations regardless of if it's said to be coo … – show

I went to TG for the first time, ordering online. When I arrived to pick up my order, I had messed it up. Caden was incredibly nice and helpful, as they fixed it quickly, even though it was my mistake. I was impressed with Caden’s customer service and their overall service. Oh, and the food was amazing! We will definitely be back.

It’s was cold It taste like it was left over the peppers and onions were over cooked. It was just terrible. I will not order from there again.
